The personal data we collect, the purpose for which it is intended and the conservation time, ,such as: Full name; Nationality; Identification document; Tax identification number, Occupation; Property Documents; Full address of permanent residence; Mobile phone; E-mail, , after having obtained the consent of its owner, are intended for future communications by UPVP Consulting lda which may occur via telephone, electronic mail (e-mail), SMS, Postal marketing purposes, disclosure of new properties, or for contractual purposes and for compliance with current legislation namely Law 83/2017 of 18 August, which establishes measures to combat money laundering and terrorist financing and will be stored and preserved for the period necessary for the purpose of its treatment and taking into account legal criteria of necessity and minimization of conservation period. The consent of the holder of the collected data must be prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous, expressed in a written, oral statement or through the validation of an option.
